Bought his new album (Rainy Sunday in Taipei) and here are some pictures of  inside look for his whole new album.

My Personal Stock Investment 2011

Completed half of the year 2011 and the past 6 months I has invested some money to own some share of the company listed in Bursa Malaysia.  The most on hand share will be the Boilemech which is the new IPO listed in ACE market this year.

This first half of the year also selled CIMB, Smartag and PCHEM share to take some profit.

 JetQi (易桀齊), his new album will launch this coming 22 Feb 2011

Jet Qi will collect back all the song write by him which sing by superstar including, 張學友(Jacky Cheung), 梁静茹 (Fish Leung), 伊能靜 (Annie Yi), 張惠妹  (A-Mei), 蔡依林 (Jolin Tsai), 張棟樑 (Nicholas Teo), 張智成 (Z-Chen), 劉若英 (Rene Liu), 動力火車 (Power Station), and others top singer, to re-sing back and will keep in his new launch album called 你好嗎！

Rule of 72

The “Rule of 72” is a method to determine how long for an amount you invested will be double, by given a fixed annual rate of interest. This rule will quickly tell you how many years to make your money double by knowing the interest rate, all you need is by using this rule.  

This can be easily calculate by using formula below:

Year to double up = 72 / Interest Rate

For example:

With a constant  6% interest rate per annual, mean your money will need 72/6 = 12,  12 years to become double. 

To make your money double in 6 years, mean you need 72/6 = 12, 12% per annual interest rate.

This rule also can be use for expenses such as inflation rate.

For example:

If inflation rates go from 2% to 3%, this means that your money will lose half its value in 36 or 24 years.

The value of Engineer Title

A fresh graduate engineer with a qualification of Bachelor Degree, the monthly salary normally in Malaysia will be around 2.2k-3.28k Ringgit Malaysia. Only some of talented (maybe) people can get higher than 3k above/month. After deducted the EPF, SOCSO, and income tax, the amount will be around 2k++. I can't imagine how to survive with this such amount of monthly income if stay at KL. For those people that stay at Penang, maybe can consider this as enough only. As the living fee at Penang is much lower.  

Really not dare to think about it for the next 5 years living expend, as the inflation rate is increasing. 

My point of view is still Penang the best place to find a job and build up the career.

最让女人感动的一句话

张先生一早起來就头痛得要死，因为他前一天晚上喝得烂醉回家！

他强迫自己把疲惫不堪的眼睛睁开。

睁开眼后，竟然看到床头上放了一杯水跟几颗头痛药。

然后坐起身后，又看到了他的衣服已经烫好、

叠好在床边。因为一起床就看到这几样反常的事，

所以他决定要起身看一看房子其他的地方有没有什么奇怪的事。

他把几颗头痛药吃了。吃的时候突然发现药下有一张纸条，

张先生一头雾水的走到饭厅，然后就真的看到了热腾腾的旱餐在桌上，还有当天的早报。

他看著坐在餐桌吃早餐的儿子问：“ 儿子啊，昨天到底发生了什么事？”

张先生的儿子回答：“ 嗯…，你凌晨3点跌跌撞撞、大吼大叫的回家，

把几件家具给打坏踹坏，然后又很聪明的在走廊上撞了撞壁几下，

送给自己一个黑眼圈！”

张先生越来越不明白, 又问儿子：“ 那为什么家里会打扫得那么干净，

然后你妈又给我做了热腾腾的早餐呢？”

儿子恍然大悟地说：“ 喔，你是在问那个喔！

妈昨天看到你醉醺醺回家，一肚子火把你拉到房间里，

然后想把你脏衣服换掉，结果在脫你裤子时，

你骂了她一句：“ 喂，小姐，你滚远一点，我已经结婚了。”
